The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by Wiser, thus showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our page, you consent to the processing of personal data published in your profile

The User can access at any time to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure your privacy

Wiser has access to and processes the User’s public information; in particular, their contact name. These data are only used within the Social Network itself and in no case are incorporated into any file without first requesting the express consent of the interested party

In relation to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition that you have and that can be exercised before Wiser, in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament. You should bear in mind that, due to the functionality of the social networks themselves, you will normally have to exercise your rights before the Social Network itself

Wiser will carry out the following actions:

1.1.- Access to public information of the profile
1.2.- Publication in the user’s profile of all information already published on the Wiser page
1.3.- Sending personal and individual messages through the channels of the Social Network
1.4.- Updates on the status of the page to be published on the User’s profile

The User can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings

2.- Publications.

The User, once linked to the Wiser website, may publish comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The User, in all cases, must be the owner of the same, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned. Any publication on the site, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that violate or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, Wiser reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the User and resort to legal action

Wiser will not be held responsible for the content freely published by a User

The User must bear in mind that their publications will be known by other Users, so they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy

The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by Wiser, but they will remain on the Social Network

3.- Competitions, giveaways and promotions.

Wiser reserves the right to carry out competitions and promotions in which the User may participate by joining its page. The terms and conditions of each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on the same. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them

4.- Advertising.

Wiser will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services; in any case, if it decides to use your contact details to carry out direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the RGPD, the LOPDGDD and the LSSI-CE

Recommending the Wiser website to other Users so that they can also enjoy the promotions, events or campaigns or be informed of its activity will not be considered advertising
